Lotus Flow Health exists to walk alongside women as they journey through the sacred and ever-unfolding experience of womanhood. From birth to postpartum, through menopause and into the great mystery of death, LFH holds space for each illuminating portal we pass through. It is a place of guidance, witnessing, and deep care.

It starts with a free call. No intake form driving the conversation, no clock cutting you off. Eireann hears where you are, what you are carrying, and what you have already tried. If she is not the right support for you, she will say so and point you toward who is.
Plan
Then, together, you shape a wellness plan matched to the threshold you are crossing. It draws on nursing assessment, honest education about what is happening in your body, practical hands-on support, and, when your plan calls for them, clinical therapies delivered through a partnered physician-led practice.
Walk
Thresholds are not crossed in a single visit. Sessions continue at the rhythm your season demands, the plan adjusts as your body and your life adjust, and you are never navigating alone.

Pregnancy is one of the great thresholds a woman crosses, a sacred unfolding of body and soul at once. Eireann brings the clinical knowledge of a nurse and deep, unhurried listening, from first trimester questions through birth preparation and the identity shift of becoming a mother.

The fourth trimester asks everything of a woman while giving her almost no time to recover. Eireann's postpartum work is mothering the mother: physical recovery, feeding support, newborn guidance, and a watchful clinical eye on your healing and your heart, in your own home.

Eireann helps you understand the hormonal changes driving what you feel and builds a plan for moving through this passage with knowledge, support, and your own reclaimed wisdom.

Some passages ask for more than education and presence. When a wellness plan points toward clinical support, Eireann is trained to administer the therapies below. Lotus Flow Health does not sell these treatments. They are available through a partnered physician-led medical practice: a physician evaluates you first, writes an order specific to you, and Eireann administers your treatment as a registered nurse under that order. The person beside you at the threshold is also the professional with the clinical skill your plan requires.
IV Nutritional Therapy
Vitamins, minerals, and amino acids delivered directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion entirely. In a woman's plan this most often supports postpartum depletion, energy, immune resilience, and recovery in seasons when eating well is not enough on its own.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
A therapy that begins with your own blood, concentrated by centrifuge into platelet-rich plasma and reintroduced to targeted tissue, where growth factors stimulate your body's natural repair. Used for joints, tendons, ligaments, and skin.
Peptide Therapy
Short chains of amino acids, prescribed by a physician and prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy, that signal specific processes in the body: tissue repair, metabolic regulation, immune modulation, recovery. Often relevant to the metabolic shifts women feel in midlife.
Prolozone Therapy
An oxygen and ozone mixture combined with vitamins and anti-inflammatory support, injected where tissue is struggling to repair itself: joints, ligaments, and trigger points. Used for back and neck pain, joint degeneration, and lingering injury.
Trigger Point Injections
Targeted injections into the knotted points where muscle pain concentrates, using the agent your physician prescribes. For the pain a body accumulates carrying children, work, and everything else it has been asked to hold.

Eireann is a deeply curious human, walking the path of the collector and apprentice to the one Healer. Born of this earth to be in service to other beings, she builds bridges between the soul we carry and the body we inhabit.
As a nurse, Eireann is devoted to offering compassionate care and unwavering support to those in need. Trained as a doula as well, she sits in deep listening and curiosity, walking beside women as they navigate the beautiful and challenging thresholds of life. Her passion is in tending both body and soul, helping others find balance, healing, and wholeness.

Do I need a doctor's referral to work with Lotus Flow Health?
No referral is needed for life stage support or wellness planning. Blood draws require a lab order from your provider or a panel you have ordered yourself, and clinical therapies begin with a physician evaluation.
What areas does Lotus Flow Health serve?
Santa Cruz County and the surrounding Central Coast, including Santa Cruz, Capitola, Soquel, Aptos, Scotts Valley, and Watsonville. Most support happens in your home or by video.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. It is a twenty to thirty minute conversation by phone or video with no obligation, so Eireann can hear where you are and you can decide whether she is the right support.
Can I book IV therapy or peptide therapy directly?
Not directly, because these are medical treatments. They begin with a physician evaluation through a partnered physician-led practice, and Eireann administers your treatment as a registered nurse under the physician's order. Start with the free first call.
