Lotus Flow Health provides in-home postpartum support across Santa Cruz County. Eireann Del Bonta is a registered nurse, also trained as a doula, who comes to you in the early weeks and months, because the last thing a new mother needs is another appointment to get dressed for.

What we work on together
- Physical recovery after birth. Vaginal or cesarean, your recovery gets a nurse's eyes on it: healing, pain, bleeding, warning signs, and the permission to actually rest.
- Feeding support. Breastfeeding, pumping, formula, or the combination that keeps you and your baby whole. Support without an agenda.
- Newborn care guidance. Sleep, soothing, what is normal and what is not, answered in your living room instead of a search bar at 3am.
- Mood and anxiety. Gentle, consistent screening for postpartum mood and anxiety, honest conversation about what you are feeling, and a warm handoff to the right professional the moment more support is called for.
- The woman beneath the role. A space to grieve, rage, and rejoice through the identity shift into motherhood, without judgment, and to find your way back to yourself as a woman, not only as a mother.

Hands-on, practical, emotionally attuned care for the early weeks and months. Eireann brings both clinical eyes and a deep well of presence, woman to woman, so you're never wondering whether what you're feeling is something to worry about, or something sacred simply asking to be witnessed.

How soon after birth can support start?
As early as you want, including the first week home. Many families book before the birth so Eireann is already part of the plan when the baby arrives.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. Postpartum support happens in your home throughout Santa Cruz County. Video check-ins fill the space between visits.
Can you help with breastfeeding?
Yes. Eireann supports breastfeeding, pumping, formula, and combination feeding, and will connect you with a lactation consultant when specialized help would serve you better.
What about postpartum depression or anxiety?
Eireann screens gently and consistently for postpartum mood and anxiety as a routine part of care, talks with you honestly about what you are feeling, and connects you promptly with the right professional support when it is needed.
